1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

2. Orders, Quotations & Payment

All quotations provided by us are valid for 30 days. An order is considered confirmed only after we have received both the required payment and your final approval of the design proof. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

3. Design Proofs & Customer Responsibility

Before production, we will provide a digital proof for your final approval.

  • Your Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to check this proof for any and all errors, including spelling, grammar, layout, and contact information.
  • Final Approval: Your written approval confirms that you accept the design as-is.
  • Liability: We are not liable for any errors present in a proof that you have approved. The cost to reprint will be borne by the customer.
  • Colour Variation: A reasonable variation in colour (within 10%) between the screen proof and the final printed product is considered acceptable.
4. Customer Supplied Content & Intellectual Property

You warrant that you have the legal right to use any logos, images, or text that you provide to us. You agree to indemnify Sunshine Advertising & Printing against any claims of copyright or trademark infringement arising from the use of your supplied content. Our original design work remains our intellectual property.

5. Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. This policy contains important information regarding:

  • Shipping from the Langkawi Duty-Free Zone.
  • The customer’s responsibility to pay for any applicable taxes (SST).
  • Our dispatch schedule and potential delays due to customs declarations.
  • Estimated delivery times.

6. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds Policy

All cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

  • Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production (after the design proof has been approved).
  • Returns: We do not accept returns for customer errors or “change of mind.” We will provide a free replacement for any manufacturing defects or errors made by us.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using our site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon our intellectual property rights, or to harass, abuse, or harm others.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Our services and all products delivered to you are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
