At SUNSHINE ADVERTISING, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services as a leading signboard company in Langkawi. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Refund Policy
As a trusted signboard company in Langkawi, we stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our workmanship 100%. For further information on our return and refund policy, including our fulfilment service, any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error, such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Refunds or returns will not be provided for the following:
Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors by the customer in the document creation process
- Errors due to “non-compliance” of artwork check list or Changes to the order after final approval has been provided.
- Damage caused by improper handling or storage by the customer.
- Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type
- Color Proofs; due to differences in equipment, paper, inks and other conditions between color proofing and production runs, a reasonable variation in color [within 10%] between color proofs and the completed job will be deemed acceptable unless otherwise agreed
We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:
- The product is flawed.
- The print quality is poor.
- The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.
Please contact us with a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
For all other requests please contact us. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear.
Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
For jobs that has been processed, we are unable to offer any form of refunds or return.
Return Policy
We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as an undeliverable address, incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
Please keep in mind that there will be around 3% – 5% packages will get shipments problems such as broken during shipment, wrong items sent, lost by post office.
In case of issues listed above, please kindly send pictures of the item showing the damage and label of the item along with a clear description of the problem and contact our customer support teams with full evidence, we will strive the best to make it right. As soon as evidence verified by us, Reshipment can be arranged within 1 to 3 working days.
Any claims for after-sale issues such as misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 24 hours after the product is received. We won’t offer exchange for orders delivery over 1 week.
Our return policy is based on the philosophy that we would only process return on issues that is because of us, and the return amount is only measured by the amount of fees that we received. Basically, we will replace an item if there’s an issue with it if the issue is because of us. In such cases, replacing the item or refunding the exact amount of the fulfillment cost for that order is the only resolution we would act. According to our Limitation of Liability terms, We would not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service
PLEASE BE AWARE:
We may not be able to avoid a little COLOR and SIZE DIFFERENCIATION caused when printing, making our product. For example, colors may look brighter or darker than when comparing with the artwork file. Material may be 3-10 mm shorter/longer or widers/smaller than the announced size chart.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
FAQ
If you receive an item different from what was ordered, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact our customer service team to arrange a replacement.
We ensure all items leave our facility in perfect condition. However, if your item is damaged during shipping or by customs inspections, please send us proof of the damage and a photo of the packaging label. We will review your case and typically replace the item.
If the product size differs by more than 2 centimeters from the dimensions provided on our size chart, please contact us for a replacement. Include measurements of the item you received for a swift resolution.
If you receive fewer items than ordered, contact us immediately. We will send the missing item promptly. If you prefer a refund for the missing item, we will calculate a partial refund based on the fulfillment and shipping cost of the missing item.
For all claims related to wrong items, damages, or size issues, please provide clear photos of the product and any relevant packaging. Email these proofs to our customer service department to facilitate your claim.
Please report any issues within 3 days of receiving your order to ensure timely processing of your return, replacement, or refund.
