How do I track my order's progress?

Once your order has been declared with customs and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number

 Because Langkawi is a Duty-Free island, Malaysian Customs law requires every shipment to the mainland to be declared as an import. To manage this official process, we use a fixed weekly dispatch schedule. This ensures full compliance but may add a few days between your order’s completion and its shipping date.

Yes, if you are shipping outside of Langkawi. These government-required import taxes and duties (like SST) are the responsibility of the recipient (customer) and are not included in your payment to us. The fees are typically handled directly by the courier service before final delivery.

Your project’s safety is our priority. In the rare event of shipping damage, please contact us immediately—within 48 hours of delivery—and provide photos of both the product and the packaging. We will promptly work with you to find a solution.


Absolutely! If you’re in Langkawi, you can select the “Local Pickup” option during checkout. We will notify you by email or phone as soon as your order is ready to be collected from our office.
